A stealth bomber painted in bright blue is the kind of absurd I can like.
However, I would stay away from that city. If they need that kind of hardware to deal with criminal, I'd better be elsewhere. If they don't, I would fear why they have that in the first place. Like imagine thinking about loitering, and then even before you do it a Delorean come in front of you and you're under arrest via rocket launcher. Yikes.
