And what's wrong with posting content that you can download and still be able to read? some people like to download series and the translations are only available when it's viewed here on danbooru.

Having to visit Danbooru every time you want to view a image with little translation comment boxes hovering over them, would only add to Danbooru's server load.
When ever I view a image here I like, I always download it so I can view it off line when ever I want to, with out having to visit repeatedly with about a gazillion tabs open...
