It took a second because the shading is very subtle. but it is there.

It's funny that the only other use of the tag covered_beans is entirely literal and has nothing to do with this image.

The gag of a bean left in the pocket so that it'd look like a nipple was obvious enough. My biggest difficulty was sorting out Ai-chan from her sister in the smaller panels and thus figuring out who did it to whom.
