Going by the silhouette of the youkai and the slashes in Youko's skirt, I'm guessing it's a kamaitachi.

Yesterday, in response to a comment about his posting being more like every 2 days than 3 days, Yuurei mentioned that when he starts writing about youkai, he gets really amped up. Then he posts a new comic the next day. I guess

Also, the youkai on the first page this silhouette resembles really looked more like a mouse to me than the weasel-like things kamaitachi are supposed to be, but whatever.

It's the puchi-inspired drawing style. However, if you look closely it's tail is a scythe blade. That leaves very few possibilities as to what it could be, with Kama-itachi straight at the top.

While the the clarifying TN doesn't hurt anything, I'm not sure how necessary it is. After all, Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku has long been rendered as "Hurricane Kick" with no discernible confusion, as far as I know. :-)
