I found this short comic on Dynasty Scans. I couldn't find the source, though - this was originally scanlated back in 2010 by the now defunct group Wings of Yuri. The artist's name was just "Mei" and and trying to reverse search for the images' sources didn't reveal anything, unfortunately.
