It is... Relevant to my interests... Especially when they involve GPUs.
The closest thing I could think of is "shota" which is a term use to describe childlike/small male character, and usually seen paired with a more bigger and attractive girl(s) just like this ones.

Please keep in mind shota is a gated tag on Danbooru. If applied to an image, you'll need a Gold Account to see or modify it later.

How easy/acceptable is it to just... create new tags? I've had a mind several times in the past that there should be a taller_female tag, and I'd be willing to do a lot of the gruntwork if I had a clear "go ahead" to do so.

I am favorable to that. There is a wide gap between shota (which seems to imply borderline stuff) and giantess with no obvious way to filter size_difference results which are overwhelmingly dominated by larger men smaller women. Often in a NSFW setting.

Maybe something like "height_difference" would be acceptable, but only if there's a significant difference.
On a hopefully helpful note, I've found that assertive is a good tag to use when looking for older/taller girls with younger guys that don't qualify as shota.
