I recall that there was rumor about Mika being possibly related to Alice Shimada. Although never confirmed officially, it's odd to note that a picture like that exist, where Miho and Maho are playing with Alice, with Mika in the background.

Or it's GuP makers' way of poking fun at fan conspiracy theorists, tricking them too...

This picture existed before the theory was there; it's one of the ammo the conspiracy often uses.
