I haven't been following UQ holder, has it stopped all pretensions of not being Negima?
It's basically a parallel universe that Asuna overslept in before jumping over to the "Good Ending" universe. Evangeline and UQ Holders are basically going around cleaning up after Negi's mess after the whole "being body-snatched by the Big Bad Ialda" dealie.
