Hell, Byakuren doesn't even look like she gets tired let alone sick or hurt. She did spend a while in a demon dimension and all.

Byakuren does have what it takes to stand against Hina, since she's Byakuren.

Hell, she's a bad enough dudette to rescue the president.

I wouldn't worry about it, really. Kyouko and the others got sick/injured because they were there when Hina was absorbing all of Gensokyo's misfortunes.
At worst they'd probably have a sliding door falling on them again.

She wouldn't be standing against Hina though... she'd be up against misfortune. And that's one of those things that can turn your strengths against you. If you can't be broken because you're unbreakable, that just means that you'll end up breaking everything around you.

Byakuren should be fine since she enhances herself with magic. She can just power through everything with magic.
