Not really, his ability is to know a man made tool’s name and utility when he look at it, for example, when he looks at a computer, he’ll know that it’s used for communicate with others but won’t know how to operate it. So when he look at that thing, he’ll know that it’s used for sexual activity but won’t know how to use it

No, that's too specific. Even if a ballgag is usually used in sex, it's most basic use is to prevent speaking, which isn't inherently sexual. It's very likely Rinnosuke wouldn't know it was a sex toy when using his ability.
