There never was a Tsukihime anime. Nor was there a Fate/Stay Night anime.

Maybe they were doujin productions? Anyway, no respectable company(-ies) would take such brilliant stories and turn them into... piles of goo. No really.

Say what you will about Tsukihime, but the FSN anime was a decent adaptation of the Fate route.

Maybe. I'd rather see an OVA that bridges Tsukihime and Tsukihime 2. Like an after story of the first game where Shiki's eyes become stronger and what leads him to journey with bandages over them.
