It's King Hassan. He could blow on you with mild irritation and you would have a five percent base chance to suffer instant death. Not to mention that bell is from his Noble Phantasm - which can also inflict instant death, on top of a mountain of damage it deals. He could have left the sword at home and solo'd France using his shield and the bell to kill dragons.
