You're forgetting that this Meiling is lazy as heck. So maybe during the summer she'd need to bathe more often, but most of the time? Once a week would be fine.

(Hong Meiling and the like in those situation are... not far with 1 shower/1week ...but she still should be around 2 showers or... adaptively around that effectively) One shower and a half = one circa complete longer shower,or two or three reasonably/1 week,particular cases calls for particular increase. Never twice a day (proper showers)if closeby without reason and having skipped at least a couple (proper)showers( There are also available the Adaptations of Mini-Showers aimed"healthy ,or test-if-healthy;the occasional mini-showers added up to round Up"...
