Unless my google translation failed again,it looks like author says that this art is relevant to a video game still in developing stage. And something along the line "she surrendered to the police without resisting arrest" can somebody with proficient japanese confirm that?
Added guro tag because A) R-18G is pixiv's guro tag, and B) why the hell should this show up when searching "safe" pictures of cute girls with Ruger 10/22s? Think of the children.
In Postal 1, I don't know how intentional it is, but the game sort of felt like a bad dream, with the weird as fuck audio design (I just remember things like gas pumps and machines making weird sounds), the stream-of-consciousness rants and loading screens with fleshy, decaying masses of bodies or architecture.
In this game, at first I thought the news was going over the massacre she was about to do and reported it, or that the whole thing was in her head. Still, there hasn't been anything like postal 1 to me. Hatred was a bit too straightforward and over-the-top with its massacre, but with no real characterization (I mean the MC's name is Not Important). Postal 2 is great, but that's its own deal.
I'm ranting, but I could get behind something like this if it has that consistent disgusting feeling Postal 1 evoked, not just the murder, but the world, the characterization, and the imagery.

From the gameplay itself, it is quite literally a game inspired by "Super Columbine Massacre RPG!". Honestly, I didn't get a Postal vibe from it... Postal 1 is more about the deconstruction of violence and mental illness portrayed in media. This game, however, was made for the sole purpose of shock value. I'm not saying Postal 1 isn't also shocking, but Postal 1 brings a message at the end. This game instead just shows us that the main character is lonely, has no parents, and instead of killing herself she decides to commit a school shooting. There's also factors of bullying, which kind of brings us back to the whole columbine thing, or better yet; The game tries to give a reason on why school shootings happen. But the creator quite literally just thrives onto this messed up idea.
So far, I believe this was made because it could be made. The thought was: "I should create a character that commits a school shooting!", and that's what happened.
