Presumably, Akigumo isn't (and Hibiki wasn't) drinking the same stuff she's pushing on Hamakaze. I.E. drinking beer while pushing whiskey neat on Hamakaze.

It's simple, I'm always drunk.

1) Not sure how the Admibro would react to underaged drinking (even Akatsuki only gets juice, and she's supposed to be Hibiki's older sibling).
2) Not sure how Hamakaze's actually taking that without Asian flush or getting tipsy.
3) Not sure when Hibiki became such a schemer. Whether as a prank, or helping Akigumo out as a friend, there's such a thing as going too far (of course, we knew their plans would be foiled somehow, since this is Kouji-verse, but still...)

Well she is the one that setup the drinks to be something that would take herself out in one go just to be sure....save that the target destroyer's mass exceeds normal battleship grade tolerances.
