I'm not sure, but I think she's doing that golden axe/silver axe bit in the last panel, except with the hishaku.
Well with funayuurei they're wanting a shishaku or ladle and the way to make them leave and not flood your boat is to give them one without a bottom. Of course with Minamitsu that doesn't matter
