The artist didn't add that. You can tell because if you try to edit the tags yourself, you can delete it.

The problem with Seiga tags is that you can't rely on them at all. Anyone can add them, anyone can remove the ones that get added afterwards, and trolls LOVE to vandalize them. Sometimes Seiga Tags are used as a mini-comment-section. Even Tumblr Hashtags are more reliable.

So like Pixiv or here. Is there a way to identify when an user adds certain tag?
