You cannot ring someone who is not any form of percussive instrument.

For example, ringing Isuzu (Fifty Bells) at least somewhat is easy, though you'd have to hit pretty hard to get all 50 ringing at once (she'd probably pass out with a maxed ahegao/torogao when you reach that tier, and ask you to hold back later so that she can stay conscious and keep enjoying it).
