    So basically, since she's too good, Central Command thought(with good reason) that they don't need to assign an Admiral on her Anchorage, since they're quite rare.

    But they could've assigned another Shipgirl you know? Then again, this Fubuki is a one-man army(or navy, in this case), so I guess they didn't see any need for that either huh.....

    Damn, she's good. Too good I say.
