Are we sure this is a genderswap? There's nothing in the pixiv tags, and while the artist commentary refers to Miko as "Prince Miko", she's normally referred as that in canon anyways.

hmm, iirc, I clicked genderswap on the Translated Tags list when uploaded this. Look like the tag is gone.
