Chibi-Miku doesn't look too chibi in the 1st panel... Almost made me think Rin was talking to Miku-nee...

rin was thinking to say that santa didn't exist, but didn't actually get a chance to. chibi miku was clearly still happy when she was leaving. :/

First thing I thought of when I saw Miku in the last panel was Nanoha in her "cool your head down" mode.

Yes, now that you mention it, Rin has a thought bubble and not a speech bubble in the second panel. So it is as you say. ^_^
