Not so. If you look closely, her hair is longer than Haguro's. Since Kumano is also drawn as a girl instead of a bear as per Kou's usual style, I believe that's actually Chikuma we're looking at here.

Yeah you're right. After referring back to his previous artworks it seems like that's the way he draw Chikuma. Thanks for pointing out!

Apparently, having no legs means you are able to fly for an abyssal, as Chi-class, Nakano and Warusame are demonstrating for us.

The girls have color-coded tops for some reason.
Destroyers are Pink, Light Cruisers are Blue, Torpedo Cruisers and Abukuma have Light Green tops, Heavy Cruisers are Purple, Battleships are Red, Carriers and Seaplane Tenders are Dark Green, Submarines; Auxiliaries; Installations and AA Hime are Grey.

I love how Kongou's booking it out of there. She knows the firepower of that curry and she wants nothing to do with it.

Kirishima is unexpectedly on par with Hyuuga in the abs area.

I'll just point out a few things in particular:

Each of the three groups in the center are carrying a resource type on their "platform", though Ammo is absent. I didn't really notice this until I saw Akagi voraciously eating, to Souryuu's surprise.

Nearly everyone carrying AA Hime's platform are visibly struggling (or at least sweating). Harbor's more sweating about poor Ro-chan (the only non-Abyssal helping them), though.

Akatsuki is getting "fitted" by Myoukou (like a proper lady), while Ro-class(?) is getting "comfortable" with Ushio.

Ammo is represented by those big fans the destroyers are holding. Those have the word "dan" (弾) aka bullet/ammo on them =3
