Kako (Kancolle) Wiki

Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese heavy cruiser Kako. Character design by Ugume, voiced by Ootsubo Yuka.

She has long, messy black hair in a ponytail and ahoge, and blue eyes. Her default outfit is a serafuku style composed of a white shirt midriff with blue sailor collar, red neckerchief, blue pleated skirt, and rudder footwear.

Her rigging is mechanical in theme and consists of her funnel and foremast on her back, two 20.3 cm twin gun mounts on her right arm, a third 20.3 cm twin mount on her left shoulder, and two 61 cm quad torpedo tubes on thigh straps.

She is a tomboy and uses language that is "rough around the edges". She also has something of a lazy or carefree/careless streak. She seems highly attached to her "older sister" Furutaka.
