The K on her kicks and that ahoge are dead giveaways (Shigure has an ahoge too. However, her hair isn't as long as Kako's), but she's missing her searchlight and electricity.
EDIT: Wait. Nevermind. Kako doesn't really have a searchlight.
Normally they don't stand out because she keeps them tied in this thin low ponytail that's mostly hidden behind her back. But never mind that...
What's important is that she has two umbrellas here. Who is getting the second one? Furutaka? Admiral?
Also she’s only showing one side of her face and no robotic arm. If you didn’t tell me, I thought she was just some OC from a different series. No hate on the artist, but he really could have added just a bit more to let use know who she is. Its not like Shibafu where we could easily tell which potato is his and who they are. Maybe Furutaka would be a better choice since she would have a flashlight shooting from her eye.

I'm pretty sure her other arm isn'tquiterobotic. And the desicion to do who for the art isn't quite the artist's. And this design probably got approved for how surprising it is too.
