Jintsuu's implying that she's already complained to Admiral about Sendai's drunken antics... apparently Admiral doesn't pay attention when she's talking to him. If I were him I would be apprehensive. Very apprehensive.
Let me see if I got the right idea, Jintsuu has gotten Sendai drunk in the past getting the same result. Because thats how her reaction tells taht to me.
TBH I was expecting something else, I never thought she tryed this in the past. I'm kinda dissappointed of the results of this.

I love Jintsuu. Yuubari should've gone up her first, instead of composing a letter to the admiral. And this is her first appearance in Kouji's strips, if I'm not mistaken. I hope she shows up more often.
