Actually, we don't know how Human Kagerou looks like, these are all fans' imagination. We only know that she has one and Kagerou is a minor, new character.
On the other hand, Mamizou has played a lot of role with that fake human form of her for a while. It also helped that her human form design is really nice.
It's the fact that her Human form hasn't been shown that makes me in dis-belief of how little fanart there is of her. With how much "canon fags" get shit on by the more "hardcore" Touhou community, you would think fan artist's imaginations would have ran wild with speculaton.
Especially when we consider Momiji, Daiyousei and Koakuma.
In fact, with how badly "canon fags" get treated, it makes me more surprised people even care about the current Wild hornet manga and actually care to remember Mamizou's human form. People didn't give 2 shits about the 3 fairies manga and Silent Sinner in Blue.

The three faeries was mostly a gag manga and silent sinner had the top ten favorite 2hous being beaten by a legitimately powerful foe. (that everyone calls cheep but remember, reimu can become completely invincible, marisa has lasers the size of planets, Sakuya has almost complete control of time and space, remelia is a vampire, and is also almost completely invincible, Yukari can ignore any law of science, nature or physics she wants and Ran is quite literally a minor god in her own right.)
