This is from Growlancer... I can tell by the artwork.

I'm a pretty big growlanser fan and this character doesn't ring a bell to me. A lot of people think his other game girls are from that too but fact of the matter is Urushihara draws a crazy number of pics. Although you can find his growlanser and langrisser girls gettin naked in many of his artbooks, I'm pretty sure this isn't one of them.

This is not Growlanser at all. Atleast know that you're 100% sure of yourself when you make a tag.
