Huh. I would've thought it was something more specific.
Though, looking at Wikipedia's article on wind chime, an image at the bottom has the caption "A Japanese Fūrin wind chime". fuurin has only 1 post associated with it right now, so should we utilize it for this specific type of wind chime, or alias it to wind chime (or do nothing)?

Unless the thing is so prevalent in images with "wind chime", there isn't a point. Creating super specific tags for minor things like that is completely unnecessary.

Change that post over to wind_chime instead. As I've done. Since seemingly only one post has ever been tagged that way, creating an alias probably isn't worth the effort.
