It's not hard to save it and rotate it yourself you know.

-Paint
-Image
-Flip/Rotate
-Rotate by Angle: 270 degrees
-Save

You could always fall back on the extremely complex and time-consuming task of tilting your head to the right.

Even Windows Picture and Fax Viewer has a rotate button. Inexcusable.
