Realistically, someone as strong as Tina could probably overpower someone of Kasumi's size. All it would take is one small stun and Tina could easily wrap Kasumi up like a pretzel. At that point it would be game over.
Don't think it's that weird that Tina is beating the shit out of Kasumi. Only merit of being a "ninja" in the DOA universe is that ninjas can use some magic-looking skills. But Kasumi can only use some weird teleport skill and even that skill she barely uses. Ninjas might have some cool gadgets, but DOA is a hands-to-hands tournament with no weapons. So the only skill Kasumi has in DOA tournament is some martial arts skill. But Tina is stronger/taller/bigger than Kasumi and wrestling has a lot of grappling movement. I think by the time Tina grapples Kasumi, the game is set as she can't escape from Tina's strong grappling. Like here, Tina is completely destroying Kasumi. She is pretty much breaking every bone in Kasumi's legs and arms. She also seemed to be doing this so easily, as she casually picks her up like a kid and cripples Kasumi in one move. It's funny how this is happening in a wrestling ring though, possibly with audiences. Pretty interesting thinking that hundreds of audiences paid money to see a hot underage girl get the shit beaten out and get her every bone crushed by a woman. Kasumi does look cute when she is in pain though.

Truth is they both would be a challenge for each other. Both are in the doa torments and both are good fighters. Stop making it seem like one has a landslide over the other. Both have pros and cons but what one lacks they make up in another skill. Its anyone's game in doa, you guys are just playing favorites.

Actually managing to get someone in a grapple like that would be pretty tough, to be fair. She'd have needed to get Kasumi on the floor, probably already semi-unconscious, and then arrange her legs around her like that before lifting her up. Also Kasumi's left arm is mostly free, would not be breaking in that situation at all unless already damaged.
