"we all know"? He's never shown up in the series, all those bearded old man interpretations are just fan speculation. He might actually look more shota-ish for real and considering how many "old ladies" look like little girls I'd wager that being more of the case.

I like to think of all the potential powerful men of touhou as being Shikieiki sized grumpy little boys in the style of Hitsugaya from bleach for hilarity's sake.
