Well, considering, attacking a Giant Suika would condense all of Okuu's to attacking one single point... damage which is not reduced when Suika shrinks back to size. Thus, if Okuu manages to stike Suika with this one, she could break her (Suika's) arm. So, strategically, it's a sound move.
The only catch is, as everyone here has pointed out, Suika can shrink instantaniously to the size of an atom (or smaller)...
it sounds like both (Suika and Okuu) will be taken out, without an opportunity for Okuu to use her bird-form gimmick; if what Yuugi said was true about Okuu barely being able to fight thanks for not using her chop.
It seems that, in this case, Sakuya's drunken fist hax may not be enough to defeat Tenshi, as usual.
I've been hoping that Okuu breaks somebody else's arm with this move, on account of how how she always thinks she's breaking her own. Maybe it'll actually happen.
