Well Yuugi seems to be saying that Suika is smiling so if she is then I think she can keep going.

Suika isn't smiling because she can brush this off... if Okuu had managed to coldcock her, she'd probably be lying there unconscious with an even bigger grin. She's not in the tournament simply to win, she's in it looking for a good fight.
