It's white/clear, sticky, and coming from her stimulated(?) crotch. Can we really call it ambiguous?

Feel free to change it. The title and commentary on Pixiv didn't tell me anything about the fluid's origin, as obvious as it may seem. But I suppose we can invoke the "on Danbooru, you tag what you see" unwritten rule here.
