I think that the dreams that the Osa-yukkuri give their users depends on what they have in mind or some kind of subconscious desire.
Marisa has had different kinds of "nightmares" by sleeping on Osa-Patchouli. Like the time when her dream was similar to 'Nausica of the Valley of the wind' post #862323, there was also the time when Marisa dreamed that she was eating a crazy amount of mushrooms post #862331; or her dreams about Rinnosuke post #864078 and post #864079.
As for what could have caused this nightmare for Komachi was that a few posts back she had told Eiki that she had been looking for a place to spend their honeymoon in, even if she was just slacking off, but the thought of a honeymooon could have triggered this kind of dream by sleeping on her Osa-Eiki
