If they ever implement Pisa's son Satoru Gojo (when pigs fly, but one can hope), she probably gets gray hair like her namesake's namesake instead of her IRL chestnut.
Well, for one it could be Khora's skill summoning Venari. Or it could be Sevagoth's Reap skill. Or it could be Wukong's hold version of the clone attack...it could be a whole lot, actually.
I believe it's specifically referencing Eleanor's scene towards the end of The Hex quest, in Warframe 1999. However, I feel like the Warframe scene itself may be a reference to the Jojo scene, as noted by @Myhel (Especially considering Rebecca Ford, the creative director of Warframe, is a huge Jojo fan herself.)
