You can't be performatively horny about lolis. Ever. Not in current_year, not in the near nor far future by the looks of things (I'd be very amazed to be proven wrong on this), not before covid brought in the worst of the worst group of people into anime/manga discourse, and certainly not in the 2000s when there was little to no point in being performative on the internet about anything anyways.
And not even in "the mystical land of Far-Eastern Gacha Slop", where some JP feminists (aka ツイフェミ) have become increasingly louder and louder and would throw pedophilia accusations around just as any random English-speaking xitter users would, like they're mere playground insults (well they are now unfortunately). Yeah sure some people would call you safe horny or whatever if you're into "dommy-mommy-please-break-my-pelvis" or whatever, but those are negligible at best, and annoying at worst. You'd have to kid yourself if you think being called that is in any way comparable to saying openly that you're into loli, even performatively (again, if that's even a thing).
