Even though this move is canonically Dolphin Blow, the commentary indicates that this is supposed to be a shoryuken, it even mirrors the same style as the sprites from SFII. Likely in reference to the Street Fighter 6 leak.
...Huh. This is a novel interpretation of Kogasa's human form, at least to me. First time in a while I've been legit surprised by something Kogasa did.
