This reminds me of a flash game from way back

Looks like Asuka was trying to kill Misato with that pillow.
But hey, can you blame her? Misato is dangerous and a criminal, even if she does not look like one. And probably remembering those past chapters made Asuka think the only way to end up this is nightmare is terminating her. (Assuming my chronology is correct, of course. I wonder where's Shinji right now...)

I know you're probably joking, but I wrote my reasons above and tried to add some context to the situation

Well, one of Musashi's secondaries got knocked out but Akagi's aircraft are marking the positions of the Zumwalts with smoke clouds for Friedrich der Grosse to spot since they can't radio back spotting information for various reasons (including a lack of radios and enemy comms jamming).

This would be a neat spin-off. The omnitrix gives you "magical girl" powers.

(Or in case of a guy, "superhero" costume.)
