Visual novel by 07th Expansion with an anime adaptation (aired 2009) and a version for the Playstation 3 (released 2016).

Part of the When They Cry series, along with Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni and Ciconia no Naku Koro Ni. 07th Expansion also developed a fighting game for it called Ougon Musou Kyoku.

The story focuses on a group of eighteen people on a secluded island trapped by a typhoon for a period of two days, and the mysterious murders that befall them. Most of these eighteen people are members of the wealthy Ushiromiya family.
The division of assets belonging to the ailing head of the Ushiromiya family is a primary source of conflict amongst much of the cast.
The story also centers around a group of witches, angels and demons.
