ultra-ancient giants of light statues

ティガの石像

A pair of Giants of Light from Ultraman Tiga, who appear alongside the enstatued Ultraman Tiga at the start of the series as statues. In the process of Tiga's resurrection, the kaiju Golza and Melba would intrude and destroy the pair of the statues. With the exception of the Dark Horse comics of the series, these two would receive little-to-no acknowledgement as characters, and are often referred to as just "Tiga's companions" in English circles.

In some fan circles, it is believed that Tiga's Power and Sky Type were granted to him thanks to these two, and, following Tiga's naming scheme, the single-horned Ultra and the multipointed Ultra are nicknamed Satu and Dua, respectively based on the Malaysian/Indonesian word for "one" and "two".
