turn a gundam (mobile suit)

The titular mecha from the Turn A Gundam anime series from 1999. Also known as the "Mustache Gundam" (in otaku circles) or "White Doll" (by the series' characters).

The SYSTEM ∀-99 ∀ (read as: Turn A) Gundam is officially considered the strongest and most powerful Gundam mobile suit in the entire franchise because of its Moonlight Butterfly superweapon, and also due to its expanded specifications in the manga.

It is notable because of its peculiar look (the V-Fin is its mustache instead of being placed on the forehead) and the fact that it was designed by the legendary American science fiction film designer Syd Mead.
