Formerly known as "the Accidentally Got Involved Girl" (巻き込まれた少女) before her name was revealed as Tsutsuji in "Flowers to the Wasteland".

Originally made her debut as an NPC girl who was accidentally dragged into USO Popularity Poll Event on 1st April 2017 and was voted in the 1st place in said poll. She had made a recurring appearance in the game afterwards, with a chronicle dedicated to her spanning 7 chapters as she changes from player's protectorate to her graduation from Flower Knight Academy.

She is first made available on the 2nd half of the "Flowers to the Wasteland" event. She is currently available once her story arc is cleared.
