manba gyaru
A substyle of gyaru that developed alongside ganguro in the 1990s. It contrasts dark tanned skin with extremely bright makeup similarly to ganguro, as well as brightly colored clothing and accessories.
Common elements include hibiscus flowers, beads, side braids, long nails with decoden art, stickers worn on the face, and large plastic sunglasses.
