The First Ship of The Kongou Class From Jamaica (ジャマイカからやってきた金剛型1番艦) is a fanfic OC twitter_bot. He claims not to be KanColle Kongou. He has hairlocks, facial hair, green eyes and a boombox. His equipment is a gigantic sound system with 40 speakers.
He is originated from a pun on Kongou's name, which read and sound exactly like "Congo", the name of two African countries (Republic of Congo and Democraftic Republic of Congo). His "Jamaican" origins is an emphasis on his African ancestry, with a "extroverted happy black DJ" stereotype applied.
