terasu (shinrabanshou)

Character from Shinrabanshou, introduced in the second chapter as the emperor of the Shinraren Republic who selects Ryuuga, Taiga, Shou, Shizuku and Ouki to be the Heroes of Light and sends them on a quest to capture the spirit of Masterion. Returns in the third chapter to call on the heroes to fight a new threat, Mebius, though only Ryuuga and Ouki respond.

Though very young, Terasu is popular amongst her people for her wisdom and kindness. She has pointy ears and horns, marking her as a descendant of the Seiryuu Tribe from the first chapter.
