Koihime Musou's reinterpretation of Cheng Yu (程昱), style name Zhongde (仲徳), one of Cao Cao's most trusted advisors. Her true name is Fuu.

She is easily distinguishable by her loli appearance, long wavy blonde hair, and circlet with crooks over her forehead.
