It follows the story of the Captain, a mysterious boy from another world, being transported to a place called Nebula City by an organization called the Nebula Observation Agency (NOA), as he is beckoned to teach, lead, and guide the many Saviors in their Journey to inherit the legacy of the legendary hero revered by many as the titular Star Savior.
