Sonia (ソニア) is a character introduced in Pokemon Sword and Shield.

Sonia is a new professor researching the legends of Galar and has already published a book with her findings. She’s adventure buddies and childhood friends with Leon. Her only known Pokemon is Yamper.

She has aqua eyes and wavy long hair with hearts worn in a ponytail. She wears black-framed tinted sunglasses, a aqua cropped ribbed shirt under a buttoned coat, a bracelet, aqua nail polish, pants, aqua heel boots, and a handbag.
