It's an idol costume consisting of a tilted blue beret, a with a frilled white sleeveles sailor shirt with a blue bodice and a cropped red vest on top, white elbow gloves with wrist bows and pom poms, a layered red high-low miniskirt with a large plaid back bow, white thighhighs and blue fold-over high heel boots.
Her official hairstyle in this costume is parted hair with a nape braid.
